In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.

The ph68 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. ph68 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ph68 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits or winnings will be handled in accordance with ph68's underage account policy as set out in the Terms & Conditions.

The ph68 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and game software providers. When you interact with these third-party services, you are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are separate from and independent of this ph68 Privacy Policy.

ph68 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services. ph68 recommends that you review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with your ph68 account, particularly your chosen payment provider.
